Do I Need a Leaf Blower?

If you are an owner of the site area of more than 10 acres, on which, moreover, the trees grow then the leaf blower will be in great demand in your arsenal of garden machinery. Of course, you can do the usual rake but with blower area cleaning from a fallen leaves and debris will be much more effective. These machines are not only the faster in operation than the rake but all essential in some cases. For example, the leaf blowers can clean needles of conifers and wet leaves, like a conventional lawn, and from the hard to reach places, such as drainage ditches. With a leaf blower, it is easy to carry out the cleaning of garages and utility rooms, sweep grass clippings from the garden paths, blow the leaves from the bushes of grapes or other shrubs.
Frequently when cleaning fallen leaves from large areas people used a mower with a mulching function to grind the leaves into a fine fraction, thereby turning it into fertilizer. This is a good solution for the lawn, but in a way, it is impossible to clean the track, beds, objects of landscape design, pergolas, etc. Again in these cases, the leaf blowers will be very effective. But, as with any tool, a blower should be able to properly handle, otherwise, it will benefit from a little bit.

Hitachi RB24EAP Review

Hitachi RB24EAP Review

The Hitachi RB24EAP is a brilliant gas-powered two-stroke leaf blower that will do a good job of clearing away leaves. The leaf blower RB24EAP is incredibly fairly priced, especially when you consider how much power it has behind it in spite of its lightweight design (8.6 lbs).
It runs on a 23.9 cc 2-stroke engine, features a several of useful features such as a 2 finger throttle and purge primer. Best of all the Hitachi RB24EAP is backed by a 7-year warranty, which is incredible for this price range.

The solid and robust 2-stroke engine give the Hitachi RB24EAP great reliability and excellent performance. Add to this the air volume of 441CFM, you’ll have a powerful and fast leaf blower. The engine has low-emissions that are operated via a 2-finger throttle, which can easily be stopped by an auto-return stop switch. It’s been reported that the engine powers air to speeds up to 170mph which is more than enough for effective leaf-cleaning duties.

The Hitachi RB24EAP runs on a 23.9 cc two-stroke engine. Thanks to its PureFire technology, much fewer fumes are emitted than on the others in the same price range leaf blowers, this makes the RB24EAP more eco-friendly.
Generally, the engine is easy to start, despite the fact that a few users experienced some trouble starting the engine right out of the box. You may also want to keep in mind that the fuel tank on RB24EAP has a capacity of 520ml which is a little bit small.

With an air speed of 170 MPH, the RB24EAP makes short work of most jobs you put it through.
Due to the Hitachi’s RB24EAP airflow of 441 cubic feet per minute, it is also perfect for larger jobs. In addition, this blower is effective for the quick and easy tasks, like removing stray grass clippings.
This leaf blower is very lightweight, weighing only 8.6 lbs. This guarantees that the RB24EAP is easy to move around and you are less likely to tire quickly.
In addition, the large 2-finger throttle lever is a pleasant feature as it results in easier operation.
Despite the fact that this is a cheap gas powered leaf blower, user reviews for the Hitachi RB24EAP have been excellent. It currently has an average rating of 4.4 out of 5.0 from over 1720 user reviews.
It looks like that the general consensus of Hitachi is a “light-weight, silent and really easy to start blower.”
If you don’t want to break the bank then this leaf blower is a perfect choice.

There’s a reason why the Hitachi RB24EAP is getting excellent feedback from its customers. The powerful engine means its great for a heavier covering of leaves during autumn, as well as being able to clear up smaller jobs, such as residue grass. This is with it still not being a heavy leaf blower, so it’s good for those who are unsure if they could wield something that could carry out heavier tasks.

Plus, if you reside in California, the emissions comply with the CARB Tier III rating.

Weed Eater FB25 Review

Weed Eater FB25 review

Weed Eater FB25 is a powerful, relatively quiet hand held and powerful blower. Despite the horrible gas you have to use today, this blower starts and runs well every time. It has a 25cc 2-strike engine and generates air speed up to 170 mph and air volume up to 290CFM, weights only 8.1 pounds and features a reduced vibration handle.

Here what’s user says about Weed Eater FB25

The Weed Eater FB25 is lightweight, hangs easily from your hand and points downward naturally. The handle intentionally flexes slightly during use but is held in place with springs on either side, a nice feature as it absorbs any twisting or torque from the blower fan (think shock-absorber). Assembly is dead easy – it arrives in two pieces and the only thing you connect is the short blower tube that snaps easily into place on the main housing. In spite of its size and weight, it feels solid and well-made.

But the best part is that it seems to produce as much air with as much force as my now-defunct Homelite. It has no finger-held squeeze trigger, just a sliding speed handle on the top of the unit, which is nice because you can set it and forget it while you sweep an area. I kept mine at the lowest speed setting, which reduces noise but didn’t seem to affect its ability to move grass clippings around. Its small size and light-weight allows quick maneuvering without causing any great stress on your wrist. I had no problem clearing my driveway of dirt and grass clippings deposited there by the mower.

Overall, knowing what I know now, I would buy it again.
